Same day pickup in salon

Get ready for a new way to shop for your favorite hair care and skin care. Order from many different brands, then stop by Little Shop of Hairdos the same day to pick up your products. It's the fastest and most convenient way to get your online orders. Curbside pickup is an additional option for clients seeking a contactless order pickup experience. Curbside pickup is available Monday - Friday, 11am - 3pm and Saturday 11am - 2pm. Little Shop of Hairdos currently cannot accept returns via Curbside Pickup. Most items will be available within 3-4 hours. Pickup orders placed after 4pm may be processed the next business day. Orders not picked up after 7 days will be refunded and charged a 20% restocking fee.

1. Choose the "Salon Pickup" option when placing your order.
​2. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Stop by the salon, pickup your order and be on your way.
4. Be sure to pickup your order within 7 days, or your order will be refunded and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

How does Curbside Pickup work?

Select the "Free Pickup in Salon" option on the products page of the items you wish to order. Once you've placed your Curbside Pickup order, you'll get a notification email or text message that your order is ready for pickup. Please note that all pickup orders typically take 3-4 hours to process, and those placed after 4pm may be processed the next business day.

Drive to the Curbside Pickup location specified in your notification email, during the specified pickup hours.

When you arrive at the specified pickup location, please call or text the salon phone number (found in the salon details within your Ready for Pickup email) to let us know you are at the Curbside Pickup location.

Please allow some time for us to gather your order and bring it out to you.

Where and when is Curbside Pickup available?

Curbside Pickup availability will be noted when you receive the email that your order is Ready for Pickup. Currently, Curbside Pickup hours are Monday through Friday 11am - 3pm and Saturday 11am - 2pm. You have 7 days to pickup your order. Orders not picked up after 7 days will be refunded and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Little Shop of Hairdos makes payments super easy. We currently accept cards with Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and Discover® logos, as well as Venmo®/Cashapp®/Zelle® and PayPal® and Sezzle for online purchases with the Buy Online, Free Pickup in Salon option. You will be charged when the item is marked ready to pick up, or when it ships from the salon. You will see individual charges if your items are shipped in different packages or different salon pickups.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and our return policy reflects that. Items can be returned in person or by mail - just remember to bring/include your receipt. See our full return/exchange policy here.

Once you've placed your order, we'll let you know when its ready with a pickup notification email. When you get to the salon, bring the pickup notification email. Be sure to pick up your order within 7 days, or your order will be refunded and you will be charged a 20% restock fee.

Q: Can my order have multiple delivery options?

A: Yes, items within one order and be picked up and/or shipped to your home.

Q: How long does it take my order to be processed and ready for pickup?

A: As soon as you place your order, we get to work fulfilling it. Depending on item availability, orders will typically take 3-4 hours to process, and those placed after 4pm may be processed the next business day.

Q: What happens if I don't pick up my order 7 days after I receive my pickup notification email?

A: If you don't get a chance to pick up your order within 7 days, your order will be refunded to your original form of payment, and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Q: If I choose the "Ship It" option, how long will it take to ship?

A: For in-stock items, they will ship to your specified address within 3-5 business days. 

Q: Are all products available for in salon pickup?

A: Most items are available for in salon pickup. 

Q: Can I have someone else pick up my order?

A: As long as they bring a copy of the confirmation email, they can pick up your order.
