There are situations where this quote will differ from the total charged. Once your order is finalized, the sales tax will be re-calculated based on city, state, county and district tax rates. The difference between the two is usually no more than a few cents.
Q: What is a bank authorization?
A: The bank may place a hold on your credit card, gift card, debit card, or PayPal or Venmo/Cashapp/Zelle accounts for the amount purchased. When the order is placed you will be charged but may see a pending authorization for the full amount. Take note once the order ships an actual charge will appear. In some cases, orders may ship from alternate warehouses depending on the location the item is available. In this case separate charges may appear due to the order having multiple packages. The amount that will be charged will reflect the amount for the items in each package however will equal the full amount when combining the totals together.
Q: Why does my bank statement show two charges for the same order? Was I charged twice?
A: No. When paying with debit cards (and some credit cards) your bank statement may show a pending authorization hold. This is not a charge and is released on our end once the order is shipped. Depending on your banks policy it can take up to 6 business days. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and major holidays are not considered business days.
Q: The page refreshes after I submit my order. Why is that happening?
A: This happens when a payment is not accepted or declined. Please contact your bank so it can provide additional information as to why the payment is not going through.
