Paying Online

Select PayPal as your payment option when you're checking out. You will be redirected to PayPal's website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you'll be prompted to login and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you'll need to create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Once confirmed, you'll automatically return to Littleshopofhairdos.com. Returns/Exchanges

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. Little Shop of Hairdos is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund or credit until we received your returned item(s). Once your item(s) have been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit or refund.

To help us make it a faster turn around time for you, include a note with the following:

 

  • Your Order Number

  • Your email address

  • A list with what you're sending back and why

  • Whether you want a credit, refund, or replacement/exchange
