We hope that you love what you ordered, but if there's an issue or you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items directly to the salon or ship them back to us. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund as long as the product is unopened. Products that have been opened and have 50% or more remaining may be returned for store credit as long as the return is initiated within 2 weeks of the purchase date. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Once your return has been recieved, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit or refund. Please note that product credit can only be used towards other products, not services.
Educating you and ensuring your satisfaction is a vital part of my philosophy. I want you to have the products that best suit your needs.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. Little Shop of Hairdos is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund or credit until we received your returned item(s). Once your item(s) have been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit or refund.

All returns (refunds) must be accompanied by the original receipt. All products must be returned in its original packages, unused, and resalable condition for a full refund. Any products that are opened and have 50% or more remaining will receive credit. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

All refunds are processed to the original form of payment
If you do not have the original receipt or original purchase date is greater than 30 days, we will be happy to issue a gift card credit at the current selling price for any product(s) as long as they are unused and unopened
Just follow the normal return guidelines and send it back to us using the carrier of your choice or by returning your product(s) to the salon. We will pay for shipping on exchanges only.
You'll get an email update when your new item(s) ship with your new tracking information.
You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been completed and it will be issued to your original payment method. It can take 5-7 business days to clear from the date we issue it.
If you paid using a buy-now-pay-later method, we'll confirm your return with the provider, and they'll get in touch with an updated payment schedule or direct refund to you.
If you have requested a different product(s) you will receive an email notification with your new tracking number when it has shipped.
