Venmo/Cashapp/Zelle

Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle are social payment services used to make and share payments with friends, family and select approved businesses. Only Venmo and Cashapp transactions placed on Littleshopofhairdos.com will be processed by PayPal. Zelle cannot be used on Littleshopofhairdos.com. This results in many of the same payment-related questions answered in the PayPal section.

Paying Online 

On your mobile device you should see the option to checkout using Venmo. If you have the Venmo App or Cashapp installed, they should be linked with your PayPal account and with your native browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android). Once selected, the experience is very similar to the PayPal checkout experience. Remember, Zelle cannot be used to pay for products online.

Paying In Salon

Tap the QR code icon, then tap “Show to Pay”. Scan the QR code. Confirm payment if prompted. You’re good to go. A mobile device with internet access and Venmo account, Cashapp account, or Zelle account and app are required.

Returns/Exchanges

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. Little Shop of Hairdos is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. You will not receive a refund or credit until we received your returned item(s). Once your item(s) have been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit or refund.

To help us make it a faster turn around time for you, include a note with the following:

 

  • Your Order Number

  • Your email address

  • A list with what you're sending back and why

  • Whether you want a credit, refund, or replacement/exchange

Q: I have a Venmo account and a Cashapp account but don’t see Venmo or Cashapp as a checkout option. What am I missing?

A: Make sure your Venmo and/or Cashapp is linked to your phone’s native browser (Safari for iPhone, Chrome for Android). This can be done using the following steps:

  • 1. Open Venmo or Cashapp on your mobile device.

  • 2. Navigate to Settings > Connected Browsers

  • 3. Select the browser you wish to connect.

  • 4. The device will open the PayPal site in your browser. Then, open Venmo or Cashapp from the browser (you may need to re-authenticate your Venmo App or Cashapp depending on your security settings).

  • 5. Refresh your browser window and…congrats! Your browser and Venmo or Cashapp are now linked. You may now use Venmo or Cashapp to checkout on our site. You cannot use Zelle to check out on our site.

 

 

Q: I can’t see Venmo or Cashapp on my desktop but my account is linked. What’s wrong?

A: Venmo and Cashapp are only available for use on the mobile website.

Q: Why does my order confirmation show PayPal when I placed it using Venmo or Cashapp?

A: Venmo and Cashapp transactions are processed by PayPal. We will only charge your Venmo or Cashapp account.

Q: Can I split my Venmo or Cashapp order with my friends?

A: Yes, all Venmo and Cashapp App features should be useable with your purchase in the Venmo and Cashapp App.
