Arrival Info:
When you arrive, float on back to my suite! If I'm still conjuring up magic with another client, there’s a cozy black bench around the corner in the common hallway for you to haunt for a bit. Or, if you prefer, come in and relax in the shampoo chair — I'll be with you shortly!


We normally avoid double-booking, but if you visit on a Saturday, beware — you may be double-booked with another soul! Don’t worry, I’ll still give you the attention you deserve. If you’re brewing up some color, I might fit in another haircut or color while your potion processes. Not your style? Let me know when booking, and we’ll make sure you have the spotlight.

**A Little Note: Only one guest per client, please. My suite is small, and we can’t fit a whole coven in here!

Services We Don't Offer:

  • No pixie cuts, mullets, or perms here. If you're after a perm, unfortunately I don't have another stylist to refer you to at this time. If you're after a pixie cut or mullet, check out Naomi at Atlantis Salon, Suite 124.

  • I do NOT cut men's or children's hair, but for your little goblins, see Chelsea at Gents & Offspring, Suite 111.

Scheduling

To ensure your hair looks bewitching, it’s best to book your appointment 3-4 weeks in advance. If you're part of a group or wedding party, especially during peak bridal season (May-October), aim to schedule 4-6 months ahead. Early planning guarantees you won’t miss out on that magical time slot!

While I strive to keep every appointment running like a spell, there are times when a prior client’s service might take longer than expected. If that happens, I’ll do my best to keep your wait minimal — because no one likes to be stuck in a time loop!

I don’t accept walk-ins, but if fate is on your side and my schedule allows, I may be able to accommodate day-of appointments. However, to ensure your time is locked in, I recommend booking ahead — better safe than sorry when it comes to conjuring perfect hair!

We use Vagaro for all appointments, so you can easily book online or contact me directly, and I’ll book it for you. All appointments MUST be secured with a credit card — NO exceptions! You’ll only need to set this up once, unless your card expires. Your card won’t be charged at the time of booking, but it will hold your magical appointment space. Just remember, if you need to cancel, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Otherwise, you’ll be charged a 50% cancellation fee or 100% for no-call/no-show. See the Cancellation section below for more details.

Before booking, there are a few spells — um, forms — that you’ll need to fill out:

  1. Client Consultation and Color Release: Even if you aren’t receiving a color service, this form is required.

  2. Cancellation Policy Agreement: So we're both on the same page about those enchanted time slots.

  3. Credit Card Information: This info is securely stored and only used if necessary for cancellations or rescheduling fees.

Running Late

We’ve all been there — sometimes life creeps up, and you find yourself running late. If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes behind for your appointment, please give me a call or send a text so I can adjust the schedule accordingly. This helps me keep things running smoothly for you and all my other enchanted guests!

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or modify your service (gotta keep the magic in balance!). And if you’re 30 minutes late, we’ll definitely need to reschedule, and a 50% reschedule fee for the missed services will apply.

Time waits for no one — so let’s make sure your hair is spellbinding without any hiccups!

Cancellations

At Little Shop of Hairdos, we take great care in crafting every hair transformation — after all, no one wants a horror story on their head! But time is as valuable as a locked door in a haunted house. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, so another restless soul can take your spot.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).

  • No-Call/No-Show? That’s a full 100% charge — because when a chair sits empty, it’s as eerie as a creaking floorboard in an abandoned mansion.

  • Three last-minute cancellations or no-shows? You’ll need to put down a 50% deposit to book again. If your card on file declines a cancellation or rescheduling fee, we’ll send an invoice, and that fee is due immediately. Unpaid invoices mean we won’t be able to keep your hair looking hauntingly flawless in the future.

  • Bridal Packages and certain services require even earlier notice, so be sure to check the details when booking.

We understand that sometimes life takes a terrifying turn, but this policy helps keep things fair for everyone. No jump scares, no tricks — just respect for everyone’s time.

For your convenience, I accept cash and all major credit cards to conjure up your fabulous transformations. Alas, the ancient art of check payments is not within our spellbook. Thank you for understanding, and may your transactions be as smooth as a potion brew!

At Little Shop of Hairdos, we stand by our potions and elixirs. All products purchased in the salon come with a 100% guarantee. If you find yourself less than enchanted within 30 days of purchase, return the unopened product for a full refund. For products with more than 50% remaining and returned within 2 weeks, we offer store credit.

 

Your satisfaction is our spellbinding priority. We’re here to ensure you have the perfect products to meet your needs. Please note, product credits are only valid for future product purchases and cannot be used for services. Your magical journey to fabulous hair is our commitment!

Satisfaction Guaranteed

At Little Shop of Hairdos, your hair happiness is our ultimate mission! While refunds aren’t part of our services, we’re always ready to make things right. If your new look has you feeling more startled than stunning, return within 14 days, and we’ll ensure your style is nothing short of spine-chillingly flawless.

But beware! If another salon gets their hands on your hair before we do, we won’t be able to provide a fix. Trust us to perfect your look — because every great hairdo should be as unforgettable as a ghost story told at midnight!

Bridal Packages

Prepare to be spellbound with our bridal packages, each including one magical trial session. This trial encompasses a preparation of makeup with false eyelashes and a preview of your bridal style. Additional trial sessions can be added a la carte for those who crave extra enchantment.

To secure your bridal date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, covering all services, travel fees, and gratuities. Ensure your reservation by paying the deposit before your appointment date. Cancellations must be sent in writing or email at least 90 days before your first reservation. Full payment is required two weeks before your wedding day to complete the enchantment.

Please note, all services performed within Little Shop of Hairdos LLC must be carried out by licensed professionals only. Sadly, we cannot allow participants to perform their own services within our mystical establishment without a valid license.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the cost of services or gift certificate purchases. While never expected, they are always appreciated! Your thoughtful tips help keep the spooky magic alive, and I’m grateful for your support!

Gift Certificates

Looking for the perfect eerie treat? Our gift certificates are available for all your gift-giving needs and can be conjured in any amount of $25 or more! Please note that gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash.

Gift certificates are non-refundable but don’t worry — they never expire, so you can haunt us any time!

However, if you win a gift certificate in one of our giveaways, it will expire 365 days from the date of winning.
